I have attended Rev City my whole life and have served as a part of the worship team since 2009. I attended Ottawa University, where I ran cross country, track and field, played a year of basketball, and graduated with a BA in biology and a minor in mathematics. My wife and I met at Rev City and have been married since 2017.  We now have four incredible children.  My life was radically altered after a sermon on Jesus’ grace and forgiveness. This led me to the joy of serving God and the understanding that I can encourage others to worship the Lord with their own song.

Part of my role on staff is to help prepare our worship team so our services may be authentic, excellent and most importantly...filled with the presence of God. The power of God’s Holy Spirit can do more in a moment than we can do in a lifetime! We are invited to partner with that life-giving Spirit of God and we get to witness His power move every day as part of this call!

I truly enjoy spending time with my family, eating my wife’s amazing home-cooked meals, going outdoors, playing wiffle ball with our children and hosting friends. I also really enjoy being alone with God on walks, runs in the rain, or spontaneous fishing trips.
