What are the tell-tale signs when what we say doesn’t match up with who we really are, in terms of our spiritual life? How can we move from “head” to “heart” knowledge?

"Dear Lord, forgive me for the times I fall short and don’t walk the walk of a Christian. Help me desire the Holy Spirit to have access to my heart so my beliefs and actions always match my faith and trust in You as Savior and Lord."

WALK IT OUT

Examine your own heart…in your relationship with the Lord, is there any area you have “head knowledge” (know what you should do), but haven’t fully committed to “heart knowledge” (fully trust, believe, and living it out for the Lord)?

Find a spiritual accountability partner that you can share and confide with, someone trustworthy who will be honest and lovingly help you through life’s problem areas.
