What is Discipleship?

What does it mean to be a disciple of Christ? Being a disciple is so much more than marking the religious box of coming to church, or “playing” the part of a Christian. Being a genuine disciple of Christ is rooted in sacrifice, surrender and putting into practice what our Lord and Savior taught us to do. “But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.” (James 1:22-25 NLT)
