The Joy of the Lord

Joy is different than happiness. Joy is not dependent on external conditions. Sometimes we can’t determine the things we encounter in life, but we CAN determine what we decide to call them.

Failure – learning opportunity      

Embarrassment – chance to grow in humility

My Weakness – vehicle for God’s strength

My mistakes – canvas for God’s grace

Delay – season of preparation

Disappointment is often God’s protection and His better plan connection

Trials, troubles and tests – opportunity for a testimony.

You can’t get the testimony without the test!
