I began attending since 1973 and served on staff from 1979-2015 when I retired from being the Senior Pastor of this church. I have been serving part time as a pastor providing pastoral care since 2022 to the present. Pastoral care involves hospital visitation, weddings, pre-marriage counseling, pastoral counseling over the phone and in person, funerals and helping people through crisis.

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and 35 years of serving on the pastoral staff. I love to help people find biblical solutions to the problems they encounter throughout the course of their life.

I have been married for 48 years to my lovely wife, Alice. We have 5 adult children and 15 grandchildren. Four of our children and their spouses live close by, so we often have family get-togethers which are filled with laughter and love.

I was born in South Africa and immigrated to America in 1960 when I was 7 years old. I love to project and build things.
