Ep. 572 - A Generous Life

MINISTRY MOMENT

We don’t have to overcomplicate what it means to be salt and light for the Kingdom of God to the world around us. When we are generous and kind to others, we are making an eternal difference in their lives. How? Because we are showing them what it means to be like Jesus. They are actually seeing Jesus shine through us! Let’s not wait, let's make a difference to the world around us, and shine the light of Jesus. As Jesus said, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

PRAYER POINT

"Father, help me see the world differently. Give me the opportunity to be Your hands and feet to the people in my life. When they look at me, let them see You. Give me the faith to be generous and kind so I can show the world what a follower of Christ really looks like. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
