Ep. 694 - Good News
MINISTRY MOMENT
God calls us to share the Gospel. The Gospel is simply the good news, or the good message of what Christ has done in our lives. We were once a slave to sin, and the wages of sin is death, but this new gift God brings is eternal life through Jesus Christ! Now that is the Gospel. That is good news!
PRAYER POINT
"Lord, help us share the Gospel...this good news, with the people around us. At one time we were far from You, but You sent Your Son to save us. Help us share that truth, that reality, to the people around us. Help run this race with the shoes of peace declaring this Gospel wherever we go. In Jesus' name, Amen!"
GOING DEEPER
Read Romans 10:15, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, and Ephesians 6:15. What are your thoughts about this imagery that the Gospel represents the good news after a decisive victory against the enemy? What else is the Lord showing you?
