Ep. 764 - Talkback with Truth

MINISTRY MOMENT

When the enemy of our souls lies to us, it is just like a song you can’t get out of your head…it is a loop of lies. The Bible says that the Word of God is THE truth and it also says it is the offensive weapon for a Christian. The most common lies from the enemy are: YOU AREN’T LOVED and IT’S NOT ENOUGH. So, when you hear or identify a loop of lies from the enemy that sounds like either of these two things, talkback with the Truth that is God’s Word!

PRAYER POINT

“Father, I thank You for Your Word and the transformational power that it has for my own life! I ask You today to help me identify ANY area in my life or my heart that I have allowed or started to believe a lie from the enemy that contradicts what You say about me. Today, I am standing firm on Your promises and with Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Ask yourself today, what are you believing and is it aligned with what God speaks over your life? What lie have you allowed to make you feel like you are too beaten, bruised, and have too many mistakes and missteps for God to use you? Do you believe that no matter who or what you go to...it is never enough?

WALK IT OUT

Take 10 minutes today and read just this partial list of what God’s Word says about you at revcity.com/declaration and meditate on this list. Pray or journal about what the Bible calls you and compare it with any area of your life that you have allowed a loop of a lie to convince that you are something else!
