Ep. 482 - Anger to Grace
MINISTRY MOMENT
As human beings, it is normal to have strong emotions, but we should not let them take hold of us. Bring these emotions to God and lay them down at His feet. Trust in the plans He has for your life!
PRAYER POINT
“Heavenly Father, thank You for understanding my emotions and for being patient with me. Help me to trust in Your plans, even when I don't understand them. Teach me to lay my burdens at Your feet and to find peace in Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
GOING DEEPER
Read and study Isaiah 55:8-9, Psalm 55:22, Jeremiah 29:11, and Romans 8:28.
WALK IT OUT
When you feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, take a moment to pray and release them to God. Read the verses Isaiah 55:8-9 and Psalm 55:22. Meditate on them and let them bring you comfort and reassurance.
