Ep. 725 - Justice, Mercy, Humility

Oct 23, 2025

MINISTRY MOMENT

Micah 6:8 reminds us that God doesn’t require sacrifices or grand gestures. He calls us to live in ways that reflect His character. We are to act justly by treating others with respect and honesty, love and mercy by showing kindness and forgiveness even when it’s undeserved, and walk humbly by surrendering pride and trusting God above ourselves. As followers of Jesus, we are empowered to live out justice, mercy, and humility daily, shining His light in a world that desperately needs it.

PRAYER POINT

“Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus to show me how to do what is right, to love mercifully, and to walk humbly with You. Give me the courage to live every day shining Your light, and bringing Your love, justice, and mercy to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Micah 6, James 2, Ephesians 2:4-5, and Philippians 2:3-4.

WALK IT OUT

This week, look for one way to put God’s call into action. Speak up for someone treated unfairly, show kindness or forgiveness to someone in need, and choose humility in your daily interactions. Let these small steps reflect God’s character and bring His love into the world around you.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Talk with someone about what it means to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly. Share an example of how God has helped you live out one of these in your life. Encourage them to take one small step this week to reflect God’s character in their own actions.
