Ep. 911 - For The One

MINISTRY MOMENT

Jesus didn’t come for the crowds, He came for the one—He came for YOU! Throughout the Gospels, Jesus reveals over and over that ONE is the mission. We have the invitation to continue the mission of Jesus and if His heart is for the one then our heart should be for the one. Jesus is reminding us today that no one is insignificant in His kingdom—and He may be calling you to slow down and notice the one He’s already positioned in your life.

PRAYER POINT

“Father, give me eyes to see people the way You see them and a heart that reflects Yours. Forgive me for the times I’ve overlooked the one because I was focused on the many. Help me to slow down, love well, and be faithful with whoever You place in front of me today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read Luke 15 and Luke 19:10 and reflect on how often Jesus intentionally moved toward individuals. Journal about where your focus may have shifted more toward crowds, platforms, or numbers instead of people. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal who “the one” is in your life right now.

WALK IT OUT

Today, choose intentional presence over distraction. Make eye contact, start a conversation, check in on someone, or encourage the person you might normally overlook. Let your actions reflect the heart of Jesus for “the one” right in front of you.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Encourage someone today by reminding them that they are seen, valued, and loved by God—and challenge others around you to look for “the one” in their everyday life.
