Let’s take a moment and ask ourselves what our prayers and conversations with the Lord looks like? Are they complaint sessions? Wish lists? If our prayers all came true would the world be a better place, or would WE just be more comfortable?

PRAYER POINT

"God, help me to be less selfish. I want to be more like You. I want the things You want. I want Your will for my life. Jesus, may it be on earth as it is in heaven. Not my will but Yours be done, Lord."

WALK IT OUT

As you're navigating your daily quiet time, be willing to be honest with yourself. What am I asking God for today? Are we coming to Him with a wish list? Are we seeking His “hand” or His “face”?
