MINISTRY MOMENT

Is it easier to trust in the things of the world, instead of praying and having faith that God will supply your needs?

PRAYER POINT

“Father, thank You that You are our good and perfect Father, and that You have promised to be with us and support our lives with the things that we need. Help us recognize that the things of this world are a blessing to us, but they cannot replace You. Thank You for Your power and love in our lives. In the name of Jesus, I pray, Amen!”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Job 38:4-11, Ephesians 3:20, and 1 John 5:14-15.

WALK IT OUT

If you are noticing areas of your life where you are going to the “things” of the world for answers, instead of God, make a conscious decision to begin praying and earnestly believe in faith that He hears our prayers and will give us an answer. Let us trust in Him, even if that answer isn’t what we wanted.
