Ep. 681 - Altar of Praise

MINISTRY MOMENT

Is there something you’ve been waiting on? Something you’ve been longing for, looking for, or praying for that you have yet to see? Take time to fully surrender control of that to the Lord and look for ways to praise God for what He’s already done in your life!

PRAYER POINT

“God, You are good. Your ways are higher and Your thoughts are greater. I surrender and submit my control, my desires, my dreams, and my wishes to You. In this season of waiting, I choose to wait on You. You are what my heart desires. I will praise You, Jesus, for all my days! In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Genesis 12.

WALK IT OUT

Write down ways that God has been faithful to you and where you have seen His provision, His protection, and His miracle working power. Allow that to stir your faith to continue to praise Him in the midst of a season of waiting!

Ask others the “would you rather” question posed in this devotional! Allow that to break the ice into a discussion about waiting on the Lord and why you choose to praise Him during a time of waiting!
