Your heart is a powerful instrument, but can be a problematic instructor! “Follow your heart” might be some of the worst advice you could ever receive. Our hearts were never meant to be our instructors—they are like instruments that must continually be set on Christ, guarded, and tuned to the truth of God’s Word.
