WALK IT OUT

Try to be aware of where you naturally want to run for comfort and even entertainment. Aim to practice taking time to pray and sit with the Lord before running to TV, social media or even a friend.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

As the Lord works this reality into your own heart, look for ways to share with those close to you how the Lord is proving Himself to be better than anything!
