Ep. 252 - Chains & Anchors

MINISTRY MOMENT

Is there an area of your life that is stuck in the past or rooted in a rut? That is not where God has called you or I to stay! God is mighty and can break us free from the chains of our past sins. Once broken off, don’t hold onto them and try to use them to hold onto the past. Set your anchor in the Lord and have faith that God’s promises are good, true and waiting for us!

PRAYER POINT

"Dear Heavenly Father, please help me to overcome my fear of the unknown and let go of my past sins. Thank You for breaking those chains off of me and giving me hope for the future. Help me to anchor my soul in that hope and in You."

GOING DEEPER

Read Hebrews 11:1 and Hebrews 6:13-20.

WALK IT OUT

Pray and ask God to reveal any areas in your life that are holding you back from the life and purposes that He’s called you to. Ask Him to break those chains off your life and help you to let go of them too.

Reflect on the ways that God has set you free from your past and use your testimony to encourage others to embrace God’s hope and promises for their lives too.
