Ep. 342 - Good Discipline

MINISTRY MOMENT

Just like our earthly parents, God loves us and wants the best life for us! He wants us to obey Him. Continued disobedience may lead to God lifting His protection, allowing negative influences to enter our lives. God’s discipline helps us choose the right path over the one our human nature desires.

PRAYER POINT

“Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your steadfast love. Continue to correct me when I have strayed. Lead me to Your Word so that I may gain the knowledge I need to remain obedient to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Hebrews 12:1-11, Proverbs 15:32, and Revelation 3:19.

WALK IT OUT

Dedicate time each day to read God’s word, write down and memorize impactful scriptures, and speak them out loud to resist temptation.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Hold others you know accountable for their actions and behaviors. If you notice them straying from their Godly path, correct them. Help them turn from their sinful nature before God lifts His hedge of protection from them.
