Ep. 508 - Darkness to Light

MINISTRY MOMENT

Do you ever find yourself under the influence of darkness, battling negative thoughts, temptations or old habits? Take hold of the truth that God has already conveyed or transferred you out of darkness into light because of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. He has conveyed you from darkness to light. You can choose to walk in the light!

PRAYER POINT

“Father, thank You for sacrificing Your life so that I can be saved and conveyed from darkness into light. Thank You for the truth that I am a saint in the light. Overcome any darkness that affects me, and empower me to walk in the light. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Colossians 1:9-14, John 8:12 and 2 Corinthians 5:17.

WALK IT OUT

Be conscious of who you are because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross! You are a saint in the light! When you encounter darkness, choose to walk in the light, following Jesus.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Be open with people you trust when you are battling temptations of the darkness. Ask them to pray for you to walk in the light. Look for opportunities to encourage others to walk in the light!
