Ep. 307 - Holiness & Grace - Part I

MINISTRY MOMENT

Did you know that because you are loved and chosen by God, you have been made holy and blameless by Him? And we are also called to live holy lives. Our holy behavior reflects and comes out of our position as holy in Christ. We must know who we are in Christ to be able to live holy in our lives.

PRAYER POINT

"Father, thank You for loving me, choosing me, and making me holy in Your sight, and it’s from this position of holiness that I can live a holy life. Please reveal this truth to my heart, so that I can honor You in my thoughts, words, actions and choices. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Ephesians 1:4 and 1 Peter 1:14-15.

WALK IT OUT

Make a daily practice of remembering that you have been made holy in God’s sight, and it’s only from that position of holiness that you are able to live a holy life. Resist the temptation to be holy in your own strength. When you are confronted with daily challenges, remember who God made you to be, and choose to align yourself with Him!
