Ep. 279 - How to Trust

MINISTRY MOMENT

Do you trust God in only certain areas of your life? As an example, have you trusted Him with your finances, marriage, relationships, children, school, or losing a loved one? Spend time learning about the character of God so you can understand how to trust Him in everything.

PRAYER POINT

“Father God, thank You that I can trust You to be my shield in every storm I encounter in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Psalm 144:2, Psalm 56:11 and Hebrews 2:13.

WALK IT OUT

Look for a way to really trust God when you have the urge to hold on to doing it yourself. Practice makes progress. In any new change we make in our walk with the Father - He rewards us by revealing how special we are to Him, which cultivates a better relationship with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Take the opportunity to share how you handed everything over to the Holy Spirit to get you through situations because you completely trusted God. Open a conversation with someone about what trust means to them and how they trust God.
