Ep. 270 - Amazed!

MINISTRY MOMENT

Do you realize that you have the ability to amaze Jesus? He can be amazed by a person's faith, but also by a person’s unbelief! Let’s press on to be people of faith - people who can amaze the heart of Jesus by our faith!

PRAYER POINT

“Father, I want to be a person of faith! I want to amaze you by my faith, not by unbelief. Please expose any areas of unbelief in my heart and cause my faith in You to grow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

GOING DEEPER

Read and study Matthew 8:27, Matthew 15:31, Luke 7, and Mark 6.

WALK IT OUT

Examine your heart and watch how you react to situations in your life and see if there are any areas of unbelief. If you find unbelief in your heart, seek God to grow your faith in that area and then be mindful of opportunities to walk in faith instead of unbelief. Knowing we have the opportunity to amaze Jesus by our faith can motivate us to grow in our faith!

Share the stories of Jesus being amazed at people - the Roman officer’s faith, and the unbelief of the people in Nazareth. Encourage others to be people of faith, not unbelief - so that they can amaze Jesus by their faith!
